About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Photoshop Designer to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a good understanding of graphic design, image editing, retouching, and visual communication.

As a Photoshop Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools. You will transform concepts and ideas into high-quality digital and print designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media, including logos, banners, posters, brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.
2. Image Editing & Retouching: Enhance and retouch photographs by adjusting colors, removing imperfections, improving image quality, and performing creative image manipulation as required.
3. Visual Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and develop visual concepts that align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audiences.
4. Layout Design: Create layouts for print materials such as flyers, business cards, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials while ensuring a professional and visually appealing presentation.
5. Typography: Select appropriate fonts, typography styles, and text arrangements to complement the overall design and ensure readability and visual impact.
6. Design Adaptation: Modify and adapt existing designs or templates into different formats, sizes, and variations while maintaining design consistency and brand guidelines.
7. File Management: Organize and maintain design files, source files, images, and other creative assets in a structured manner for easy accessibility and efficient workflow.
8. Collaboration & Revisions: Work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand feedback, make required revisions, and deliver designs according to project requirements and deadlines.
9. Quality & Timely Delivery: Ensure all designs meet the required quality standards and are completed within the assigned timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles
• Knowledge of image editing, retouching, and manipulation
• Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual composition
• Ability to understand design requirements and convert concepts into creative designs
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience

3+ years of relevant experience in Photoshop Designing, Graphic Designing, or a related field.

Important: Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Vapi, Gujarat.

This is not a remote / work-from-home position.
