Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at our Vapi location. As a CRM, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities:

1. *Customer Relationship Management*
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement.
– Understand and anticipate customer needs, and provide tailored solutions and support to meet those needs.
– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

2. *Sales Support*
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
– Provide product information and pricing details to customers as needed.

3. *Customer Feedback and Surveys*
– Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
– Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to enhance our products and services.

4. *Documentation*
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
– Prepare reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

5. *Issue Resolution*
– Work with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

6. *Customer Engagement*
– Plan and organize customer events or activities to foster stronger relationships.
– Identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention programs.

7. *Team Collaboration*
– Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Share customer insights and feedback with relevant teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

– 1 year or more of relevant experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Willingness to work on-site in Vapi.
– Fluency in English is required.
