*Position Overview*

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Vapi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields. As a Business Development Manager at Xira Infotech, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Client Acquisition* Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.

2. *Lead Generation* Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.

3. *Client Relationship Management* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4. *Market Research* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

5. *Sales Strategy* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

6. *Proposal and Presentation* Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.

7. *Negotiation* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

8. *Team Collaboration* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

9. *Reporting* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
