Xira Infotech is seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the digital marketing or software development industry. **Key Responsibilities:**

– Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
– Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their digital marketing and IT service initiatives.
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Xira Infotech’s services.
– Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
– Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to the management team.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or client management, preferably in the digital marketing or software development industry.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
– Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
– Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
– Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO principles, and software development processes is a plus.
