*Position Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in Vapi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media, a keen understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage and execute social media campaigns effectively.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Content Creation*
– Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
– Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

2. *Community Management*
– Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
– Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns.

3. *Platform Management*
– Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
– Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach.

4. *Campaign Execution*
– Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
– Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

5. *Analytics and Reporting*
– Monitor social media KPIs and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns.
– Use analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement.

6. *Research and Trends*
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

7. *Collaboration*
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.

*Qualifications*

– 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
– Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
– A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
