Performance Marketing Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Xira Infotech, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive measurable results and achieve our clients’ business objectives.

Performance Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase lead generation, and improve conversion rates.
  2. Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  3. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  7. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, KPIs, and target audience, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  8. Track and report on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Performance Marketing Specialist Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
