Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter & Native Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team in Vapi. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework and Native technologies (Android/iOS). If you have a passion for mobile app development, a strong foundation in Flutter, and a working knowledge of Native development, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  2. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Native (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  4. Debug and fix application issues and performance bottlenecks across Flutter and Native platforms.
  5. Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Native developments, tools, and libraries.
  6. Ensure applications are responsive and work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
  7. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs into functional mobile apps.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  9. Optimize application performance and improve user experience.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app development.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter (1-2 years).
  3. Hands-on experience with Native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a strong plus.
  4. Strong knowledge of the Dart programming language.
  5. Familiarity with mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Bloc).
  6. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  7. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  8. Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  11. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
